I have been going here to get my nails done weekly since it opened. Tina and Ivy (the owners) and their staff are truly fantastic! The salon is clean and I always get a fantastic manicure. They take appointments as well as walk-ins. I will never, ever go anyplace else. This nail salon is truly a standout amongst all of the other horrible and dirty places in Richmond Hill. Went for the first time 3 weeks ago because I couldn't get to my regular nail salon. Dylan did my nails and he did an awesome job. Perfect shape, he is skilled with designs ( I got ombre and marble nails) and its closer to where I live so I'm happy. last but not least, I went on vacation and they lasted ( i was climbing cliffs, swimming a lot and not one issue)

We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.

Ok ok.. so I know every business is on high alert with sanitation and cleanliness. I’ll admit, I was nervous for my appointment this morning after hearing more than one nail salon in Ontario had reported spreading COVID amongst their clients. I felt nothing but comfortable at @tk_nailsandspa . Everything was spotless, sneeze guards up, stations 6+ feet apart, everyone in a mask, disinfecting each station after client (including inside the UV lights) were just some of the things I noticed around
