A graduate of the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal (CEO) and a member of the RITMA association, I am passionate about the anatomical connections that unite the body and support optimal healing across all systems. My background as a physiotherapy technologist led me to explore the human body more deeply to help relieve a wide range of conditions, including headaches, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, lower back pain, digestive issues, nerve-related disorders, and more. My practice is rooted in craniosacral, musculoskeletal, fascial, and visceral techniques. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. I look forward to meeting you!

This therapy is a unique holistic (whole body) approach to health care. Osteopaths do not simply concentrate on treating the problem area, but use manual techniques to balance all the systems of the body, to provide overall good health and wellbeing. This philosophy of Osteopathy is what sets it apart from other medical disciplines.
