This is the best fish and chips that I've ever tried in Toronto. (I went there on the advice of a friend and would have never have gone here without that recommendation).
It's a very unassuming place, with fairly drab surroundings. But the fish is top notch, with large portions at a good price. I don't really know what else to say besides that. It's fish and chips and it's GOOD.

Green Acres is a family tradition for the last ten years. Each Good Friday and a handful of times throughout the year we travel from Niagara Falls, Ontario to Fort Erie for the sole purpose of eating their fish and chips. The service is always fantastic and the food reasonably priced and excellent. We'll be visiting again this Good Friday and my stomach is already grumbling. My only complaint is that the fish and chips is so good, I never order anything else on the menu. Never-the-less, other family members have and swear by the taste and massive portions.

Went there last Tuesday with my sisters for a Birthday lunch. 3 had fish and chips, the best this side of the Atlantic as they claim, and The Fraser's are right, they are. One had liver and onions which are to die for. I had t he open face homemade 8 oz. burger with hand cut homemade fries. Ya gotta wait 20 minutes because it is indeed homemade but it is well worth it. Drinks were great. We have been there many times and never had a bad expeirience.

my friends and I were looking for a Korean restaurant with fresh taste and clean atmosphere and Steeles Seoul House definitely delivered our wants! The food was really good and the staff was really friendly too! I truly recommend saeng sun jjim (fried fish with oyster sauce) and sam gae tang (whole chicken soup with ginseng)! it's definitely a must go place!!!

My hubby and I decided last minute to grab a bite to eat, I had the steak on a bun with onions and fries and he had a bacon cheeseburger & we had battered veggies...again it was excellent, we were stuffed before we cleaned off our plates - it's so nice to have dinner out and get lots of food at such low prices! I came on good friday april 19,2019. I had the new orleans salmon with baked potato with butter and sour cream and rice. Was absolutely amazing taste and cooked perfect. It came with diced tomatoes and cilatro with some shrimp in like a cajun butter sauce. With those delicious biscuits they famous for and i even had a side ceasar salad. If i wasnt actually impressed i wouldn’t come back. I havent been to red lobster for about 10 years but today i was stunned how good it was.

Excellent food made by people who care. The Chicken Roti is excellent. Spiced just right, and a good sized portions. The meal is fresh, made to order and the service friendly. My kids are now big fans of Caribbean food. The Doubles are also very good. The Jerk Chicken and Ox Tails are delicious. My family and I get take out here about once every three weeks. A neighborhood gem.

The health conscious will be happy to hear that owner/chef Ali Meghji has cut back on the grease (to the disappointment of Rochesterians?) in what is otherwise authentic British cooking.
