Our Natural Beef means NO steroids or hormones, NO filler, additives, binders or preservatives added to our meat. We do, however, offer some of our steaks that do not have these standards, but DO still continue to meet the AAA requirements. All beef aged minimum of 21 days. Custom slaughter available.
