Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.

Unbelievable work. I highly recommend. I am as picky as anyone can be and I was unable to find a single flaw in a 900sq/ft Reno. They shaved bowed walls, poly’d Windows (window coverings) and cleaned up everything when job was complete. I painted under bright halogen lights and a headlamp and couldn’t find a single blemish. Pure perfection.
