Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Extremely please with speed and quality of work done to remove the very large silver maple form our backyard. The tree had 4 trunks with each standing about 65 to 75 feet tall. They were able to remove the tree in 1 day for a reasonable price where other companies said that it was too big for them to handle.
