Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma and many other mental health problems. Sheila receives ongoing training in two energy-body-work traditions, Shiatsu and Psychodramatic Bodywork, and is a Reiki Practitioner.
