Mark Osborne has been involved with photography since his early childhood photographing his families' racing endeavors throughout North America. Since this time Mark has pursued many avenues of the photographic art including nature and wildlife but his true passion lies with the art of wedding photography. It requires someone who strongly recognizes the extreme importance of this day and delivers the utmost best in wedding photographic art. Mark maintains the best in photographic equipment, techniques and education. In this fast paced digital world Mark is constantly upgrading his skills to stay out front when he photographs his clients. Mark attends the WPPI Wedding Conferences, Past Member of Latow Photographers Guild, Member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals and conducts monthly volunteer education sessions at the Hamilton Public Library for the Dundas Photography Initiative. Mark’s passion for wedding photography is in essence a devotion to the art.
The Northlight Studio was established in Brantford in 1975. The studio grew quickly, earning a reputation for imaginative, high quality portraiture. In 1988, a new studio was built on Hwy. 24 between Brantford and Cambridge. Clients enjoyed the serenity and individual attention that could be offered. The studio boasts the largest portrait camera room in the area and one of the first fully digital studio processing labs in Canada. The Scenic Park with landscaped gardens, pond and bridge offer a delightful alternative for portraiture. The Northlight Studio specializes in all forms of 'people' portraiture with an emphasis on school and sports photography. The studio has memberships with the Professional School Photographers Association International and Photo Marketing Association International and Digital Imaging Assoc.
