Attention to detail like none other, the best service you’ll ever get on your power equipment whether it’s fuel or electric powered. He was on time or a day or two early, every time. Don’s quotes are literally 2/5-1/2 price of his competitors in Greater Victoria. I’ve asked Don many times, did you make an error on my bill?

The attention to detail and the client care provided by the Dave and his crew was excellent. So professional and friendly that it prompts this, my first ever review of a service. While needing asbestos removal is a giant pain they made it the best possible experience and left the site in a clean and safe condition. Have had a couple phones repaired by the same location and had a very good experience each time. Don't post reviews often but decided to here because I am a business owner as well and people like this person above give reviews with ludicrous expectations. What company would willingly let you go behind their counters to use their computer?? Go to a cafe or library and please don't waste others' time. If this is any indication of the expectation that person had, I can only imagine the rest.

Got a call from them stating that my warranty was about to expire and as a service they provide, they would send my hearing aids to the manufacturer to get a full service! I got them back in about 10 days and Allison retested me and ensured they were set up correctly for my current hearing ability. Excellent service! Highly recommended!
