We are a home style Japanese restaurant, located in J-town; Markham's best kept secret. :)
At green tea lounge we provide relaxing service, calm atmosphere and unique setting. We do try our best to serve customers as much as possible and make your visit the best it can be. We are happy to solve any problems, so that your meal is pleasant.
Our competitive advantage is that we have meals that are commonly known in Japan as well as meals that aren't readily available in Canada. Most commonly known Japanese dishes are sushi, tempura, and teriyaki, but our restaurant has a lot more to offer. :) and yes, we also have tempura, teriyaki, and sushi(sushi only on weekends). lol
Went to this Tea House for lunch on a spur of the moment decision while in the Toronto area and checking out Jtown. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and how super nice the owner/waitress was and at a really good price! I want to go back again the next time I'm in that area.Read more
