When the pain in my knee, legs and hip became intolerable on a weekend away with family I knew it was time to seek alternative medical treatment. My daughter had suggested Dr.Lee whom she found very good.
On my first visit, Dr.Lee asked me the history of my knee problem. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy.
The end result was terrific. Each week the sharp pain in my knee was diminishing. It became bearable to walk again.
Dr.Lee and his treatments were amazing . I would urge other people in pain to try laser treatments. It works!

I ordered some spring clean up since it looked like the snow was gone here. I appreciated the prompt response from the company both when I asked to get a quote and how fast the work was completed. Really thankful for that. They actually took a couple old tree stumps that I hadn't paid to have them take but wanted cleared out. :) Finding a professional surrey lawn care company is not that easy. Well it hadn't been for me at least. These guys did a great job because they cleared out old debris and garbage and really brought my yard back and made it ready for spring. Just wanted to pass on my review. Thank you.

The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. They carry an impressive selection of professional thank you cards and a whole host of other social stationery to meet every need you may have. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Even though I do a lot of book shopping online these days I still love going to Chapters and browsing the aisles and aisles and aisles of books. This store is great by virtue of its location and the knowledgeable staff who can guide you to almost any title in the store. It is also a great place to while away an afternoon flipping through books you may buy since the staff pretty much leaves you to your own devices if this is what you are choosing to do. They also have a great little gift section for unique and interesting gift items. They used to have a pretty good music section but this is being renovated right now...possibly because they are no longer going to carry music. Head into Chapters at Broadway and Granville and lose yourself in the books!

Okay, I realize that there are not a tonne of public, and for that matter private, courses in the city but you could easily include any of the courses in the 'burbs and still call this the best course. Fraserview was once considered for the PGA tour and would have been used had the city let them lengthen a couple of holes. Oh well, perhaps this keeps this gem of a course a little less busy. Perched high up from the Fraser River you would never know you are smack dab in the middle of a major residential area of the city of Vancouver. Challenging and beautiful this course has another major thing going for it...the green fees. They are so reasonable it is shocking and particularly if you are playing with a junior the rates are very reasonable. The clubhouse is also excellent and offers a wide variety of food and drinks that you can enjoy on the patio while watching players come home on 18...for my money the most challenging hole on the course...but that may be because I lose a ball in the ravine every time I play there! If you are a golfer you HAVE to play Fraserview.

McCleery is nestled in the Southlands of Vancouver and is a fabulous course for a fabulous price. Bounded by tony riding estates and the Fraser River, McCleery is a calm oasis for a relaxing...or in my case not so relaxing...game of golf. The course is rewarding to the accurate golfer and punishing to the not so accurate golfer but in all ways its a lot of fun. If you show up in advance of your tee-time there is a fantastic driving range and the rates at the range are pretty reasonable. If you have time after your round the club house is great and offer a variety of food choices and of course a range of beverages to wash down your food. The patio is great and sitting out there you would never believe you are only 20 minutes from the bustling centre of the city. For a great round of golf at a great price head over to McCleery!
