The Liberty Properties group was formed in the early 1990's as a real estate holding vehicle for assets in Canada and the United States. Initially owning and developing commercial properties in Arizon,a Liberty has focused in Alberta and in Manitoba since 2002.Our strength lies in the selection of solid investment opportunities with strong potential to add value through renovation or new construction. Single family homes or lots are acquired and evaluated to determine the most effective development strategy for their location and zoning. Apartment blocks are acquired, renovated based on Residential Tenancies guidelines and placed back on the market as 'decontrolled' rentals.Financing is comprised of low rate mortgages combined with private investment equity provided by a small group of investors. Paul at Sport Tec is great. He knows his stuff and doesn’t waste your time or money with unnecessary follow up visits. He genuinely cares about his clients and gets to the root of their problems, and then checks in with them once they have left to make sure they are on the mend. Read more
Fuego by Los Kumbia Kings Hey there! Welcome to my site!!My name is Karla and I've been a Zumba instructor since April 2010 and loving every single minute of it!!! I will admit I was never one for the gym and not much of a runner so when I came across Zumb,a I had fallen in love. I found the motivation I was looking for to stay active and to lead a healthy lifestyle. In my classes every workout feels like a party and because you're dancing you don't even realize you're working out. My love for motivating people as well as my love of music and dance makes my classes an experience you will never forget. I'm a very energetic person (and being a spicy Latin lady myself); my classes are I think quite unique to other Zumba classes and offer a passionate, sexy, fun vibe but yet everyone feels comfortable. You can come and be yourself and just let loose! Laugh it up, sing it up, and dance it up!
St. Vital MuseumWelcome to the St. Vital MuseumThe former St. Vital police station, located within the fire station at 600 St. Mary's Road, is now the current home of the St. Vital Museum. It is a two-storey brick structure with stone facing on the main level. Erected in 1914, the station housed both the St. Vital Police and Fire Departments, the latter of which first began operating with three horse-drawn carriages and six firemen. At the rear were stables for horses which drew the wagons and sleighs up until the 1930's at which point pumper trucks were used. The first fire truck appeared in 1923 with the purchase of an REO Speedwagon. The second floor of the building also originally provided living quarters for the firemen.
A slight language barrier with some of the therapists. But the blend of Chinese Tui Na technique with western is amazing. Will definitely repeat. Susan is the best there.Read more
