From the first appointment to the end, it was great to deal with Jim. He was very professional and cares about his customers’ needs. SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

I can't give enough praise for Alan and his guys. The work was done well, with everything double checked. The workers were professional and respectful throughout the job and Alan was knowledgeable and approachable. The price was competitive with no surprises on the bill. That earns you a 4/5 in my book.
However, they went the extra mile taking care of some tasks that were not part of the job. By nature, I'm skeptical and suspicious of motives. However, I would have no hesitation in giving a 5/5 to Star Bright and recommending these guys to a family member, or to anyone else.
