After a year of searching for a martial arts school, I sincerely found the best one out there. There is such a positive vibe and great sportsmanship from all the kids. The staff treats you like family and everything is explained to you in detail and confidential. Sensei is great with the kids and cares about each of his students. After 4 years, we are still at Safeguard Martial Arts and will continue with this school.

Safeguard Martial Arts in Langley, BC is no ordinary karate martial arts and self defense school. Our programs and their formats are designed to benefit the student according to age and development. No one style of self defense is effective for all students.
