LG refrigerator stopped working, I called LG and they recommended this business. I called Universal for the repair and they recommended I contact LG for an extended warranty. LG set a date for the repair but Universal called me to give me an earlier date. Serviceman came, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and replaced the fridge condenser. He tested the repair thoroughly before he left.

Replace toner cartridge on Canon monochrome multi function printer that was leaving black streaks, HP Cyan cartridge leaving red streaks on color printer, replaced cyan cartridge at 1/2 price as still have 2/3 left and black toner cartridge on HP color printer, each tonner cartridge $54.00 another Cannon Multi function printer required toner cartridge and print head. Paid $140 for exchange monochrome Cannon multi function printer with refilled cartridge.

They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Sales need to be more subjective.

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
