We are Victoria's newest vinyl record store, located at 1717 Quadra street in the funky, North Park neighbourhood. We carry all genre's of music, including classic rock, jazz, blues, soul, metal, folk and old school country. We are equipt with a listening bar so you are able to explore over 10,000 Lps we stock in house.. I offer counselling to individuals, couples and families, including adults and youth. I am a registered clinical social worker and have been in practice for over 30 years. I can assist you with relationship and family issues; parenting; helpful approaches to managing stress and anxiety; overcoming depression; recovery from eating disorders and addictions, trauma-based guilt and shame, self-esteem, peer issues, life transitions, and changing self-defeating behaviours through mindfulness approaches. I have a special interest in assisting families undergoing the painful process of separation and divorce, including individual adults as well as youth. I bring a rich background of knowledge and experience, as well as a strong belief that we have everything we need in our being to shift our view of who we are and how we live our daily lives. Birthright Victoria does confidential crisis pregnancy services within the Victoria area. Volunteers provide an opportunity for women worried about pregnancy to sort through their feelings and make decisions in a warm cozy setting. Call us.
