While the initial experience was poor, Mr Handyman has bent over backwards to fix and remedy the situation. They have since come by and made good on repairs and made good on my poor experience. Had to have an 8-year-old cat groomed for the first time in her life. The staff at Muddy Paws really know what they are doing. They made the cat feel so comfortable that she didn't get nervous at all, just sat quietly and enjoyed the pampering. All the dogs that were being picked up looked pretty happy too.
