Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! I called to get the cable repaired on my garage door. They were not the first company I called. No one would even look at it fir 3 or 4 days. DMAC came and had it repaired within hours.
