Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.

This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. When I have been there for service, they're friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.. Thanks to manager Ron for today's service, and careful explanation about some additional care for my Bronco. I bought a new-to-me 2016 Corolla after I was rear ended and my car was written off. Less than a month after that I scraped the rear right panel on a cement pillar in my parking garage. I was very distressed and upset about the damage to my new car. I took my car to Craftsman Collision in Richmond to see what could be done about the damage. The Manager was so wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful beyond my expectations. My car was repaired expertly. Very happy!
