The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.
