They have such an array of different types of cuisine, you'd be hard pressed to find someone who didn't like at least SOMETHING on the menu! From pitas, to pizzas, to noodles in a box, to usual american chicken fingers/fries/fish, to amazing and unique soups and more, there isn't a thing on the menu they don't make well!
The first time I went there, I ordered the curry vegetable noodles in a box, and asked for it without onions. The lady working there told me that unfortunately, the veggies come pre-mixed... but that she would try and pick them out for me! And she did... and proceeded to do it for me every other time I came there! Talk about above and beyond service!

This place is one of the two best pizza joints I have found in Winnipeg. My other choice being Dianne's Gourmet Pizza. Santa Lucia's deliveries are super fast. Their pizza is always fresh and hot, never too salty or greasy. I find the sauce to be exemplary. All of the ingredients are of excellent quality. My only complaint about the pizza is a minor one, on occasion they put a little too much sauce on it for my taste. But that hasn't happened in a long time, and when it has I have just pressed out any excess. So it isn't much of an issue. They also make a superb lasagna, it has tons of cheese and I seem to recall that it comes with a very hefty slice of fresh garlic bread. Their greek salads are huge, this also coming with the same garlic bread. They have a very unique dressing that is unlike any other greek salad dressing I have ever tasted. I personally love it, but for some folks it may be too different from the greek dressings that most people are used to. However different is great in this case and you have to try it. Santa Lucia's proportions are also very good, the lasagna could do with more meat, but that is the only thing that I have ever ordered that came up a bit short on an ingredient. I do prefer this establishments pizza over Diannes Gourmet Pizza. Dianne's pizza is also very good, but certainly not better than Santa Lucia's. Santa Lucia also has reasonable prices for pizza of this high quality, unlike Dianne's Gourmet Pizza which is MASSIVELY overpriced, and there is seemingly no end to Dianne's frequent price increases. Santa Lucia has never dissapointed me.

I ordered based on a friends recommendation and i had the pizza delivered. It arrived in 46 minutes (14 minutes early) and was well worth the wait. only bad news is none is left over for lunch :(

In a prepared dish, seasoned meat is stacked on a vertical spit in the shape of an inverted cone. It is turned slowly, cooking against a vertical rotisserie. A tomato, onion or pineapple may be placed at the top of the stack for additional flavouring. The meat is cooked by an electric burner.The rate of roasting can be adjusted by varying the strength of the heat and the distance between the heat and the meat, allowing the cook to adjust to varying rates of consumption. The outside of the meat is sliced vertically in thin, crisp shavings when done. While cooking, the meat is shaved off the stack with a large knife.
