Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.

My family was really feeling the effects of the destructive windstorm that hit the Lower Mainland. Had a 3-day power outage due to a tree taking out our service line. It was difficult to access with their aerial lift truck, especially on a dark and rainy night, but they got everything in working order real quick.
