I'm a very energetic person (and being a spicy Latin lady myself); my classes are I think quite unique to other Zumba classes and offer a passionate, sexy, fun vibe but yet everyone feels comfortable. Cornerstone Counselling Centre has been providing professional counselling services to children, families, and individuals in Edmonton and area for over 35 years. During this time, over 50,000 people have benefited from the help they have received at Cornerstone. Fundamental to our work are the principles of compassion and generosity, and a steadfast belief in people's ability to transform their lives. Founded in 1977, a small group of committed individuals named as the Cornerstone Counselling Society of Edmonton formed a faith based, not-for-profit agency. Their goals were to provide professional counselling services to anyone in need, regardless of their ability to pay. The fledgling agency was supported by donations from individuals, community businesses, and churches.

A custodial engineer at Bison Transport in Winnipeg, Johnson works in the shops department, which ensures the safe operating condition of the Bison fleet of 1100 trucks, 4000 trailers and other equipment. On any given day, Johnson may spend his day driving through the city, picking up parts for trucks in the shops, or even picking up their drivers. Johnson may spend his shift cleaning and organizing sections of the shops; as a qualified forklift operator, he might spend most of his time managing the forklift. He has received the company's 'charging ahead' award for his exceptional service.
