I have worked in a consulting capacity in the office of Rentex for about 9 months now or so. I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. Needless to say, I believe the company tries hard to please the tenants to the best of its ability. - SK

I have been a happy tenant since coming aboard with Ospin Terrace 6 months ago, the Onsite Management are the best for looking after my needs of my move in and more! If ever a place to recommend, I recommend "Ospin Terrace"
Clean, Quiet, peaceful country like setting I am very happy, kudos's to On site management, Awesome and friendly. People are very friendly in the area, to good to be true, just a nice place and can't say enough. :)
