It is made up of a group of non-profit societies registered either under the Society Act or as a Charity. Affordable operates under a Board of Directors made up of business, professional and community leaders. The Board sets policy, approves major transactions and ensures Affordable's objectives are met. The head office is centrally located in New Westminster and operates under the direction of a management team that consists of CEO Bob Nicklin, Comptroller Steve Hoock and five Property Managers.
