Established in 1952 as a small miscellaneous metal shop specializing in steel stairs, rails and fire escapes, Cooksville Steel continually expanded operations from the original location in Cooksville, Ontario, Canada. The town of Cooksville was incorporated into the City of Mississauga in 1974 but our corporate name remained unchanged. As the company expanded in size and capabilities, the focus of the operation changed to heavy structural steel for the construction industry. As the population and economy of Ontario continued to grow and prosper, so did Cooksville Steel. A second location in Kitchener, Ontario was added to maximize our ability to efficiently service the entire region of southern Ontario.
