Our team consists of the best personal fitness trainers in the Toronto and GTA area. We have both male and female trainers available and we serve/ train clients all over the GTA and surrounding areas. There are several things that set our trainers apart from not only the 'floor trainers' at most health clubs, but even other personal trainers and companies:*All of our personal trainers are certified and/or have a degree, and must have a minimum of six months experience before they can even begin our own training process. We are very picky when we add trainers to our team. We choose trainers based on their personality and communication skills... not just their certification. You can have all the certifications in the world, but if you have the personality of a rock or you can't communicate with people you are not going to make a great personal trainer.
