This is an amazing company. I reached out to them upon finding what I thought possibly could be carpenter ants. The lady asked me to email her a picture of what I had found. Upon doing this, she took the time to research and find out exactly what type of bug I had found. Her response time and emails back to me were quick. I was prepared to pay to have fumigation done if required. Above and beyond, honest and fabulous customer service! Highly recommend this company.
