The Canadian Muslim Women's Institute Inc. (CMWI) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2006. CMWI is the first organization of its kind in Manitoba where Muslim women are both the leaders and participants of their own organization. The goal of the Institute is to promote and empower Muslim women and their families socially, economically and spiritually, within the spirit of Islamic principles. Ronald McDonald House Manitoba is an organization that keeps families together. As a charitable organization in Winnipeg we operate two core programs: Ronald McDonald House and the Ronald McDonald Family Room. The House is a home away from home and can accommodate 14 out-of-town families at one time.
