After completing law school at the University of Victoria, Lori returned to Kamloops and articled with Morelli Chertkow (then known as Morelli Chertkow Griffiths & Hogg). After articles Lori spent several years in the East Kootenay city of Cranbrook before returning to her home town.
Rachel was born and raised in Ontario’s Niagara Region and moved to British Columbia in 1994. She obtained a BA in Psychology and Criminology in 2000 from Simon Fraser University and her Law Degree in 2004 from the University of Windsor. Rachel joined the Firm as an articling student in 2004 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2005.
Christopher currently practices in general litigation. He successfully completed his articles in-house at a major crown corporation and was called to the Bar in May 2016.
Elizabeth was raised in Kamloops and returned after practicing in Vancouver and Vernon for a number of years. She remembered what Kamloops offered her when she was growing up and wanted to provide those same opportunities to her growing family. She and her husband have raised three children in the community and over the years, took full advantage of everything the City and the surrounding areas have to offer.
Scott has, from the time of his youth in Kamloops, always been involved in giving back to his community. He coached both boys and girls soccer, at the recreational, high school and Rep level over thirty years. He has also coached boys and girls basketball. He has looked to help those less fortunate in our community - as a past director of the Chris Rose Therapy Centre for Autism Society; as a past director of the Kamloops Society for Community Living; and through the Kamloops Kiwanis House Society helping those who suffer from alcoholism and addiction.

Originally from Edmonton, Ryan completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology at the University of Alberta and his law degree from the University of Victoria. Karen was born and raised in Surrey, British Columbia. She obtained a BA in psychology and history from Simon Fraser University in 1992, her Law degree from the University of Manitoba in 1997 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1999. Karen moved to Kamloops in 2003 and joined the Firm in 2008 after working as in-house counsel for ICBC.
Greg practices primarily in the areas of personal injury and litigation. Greg completed his articles with Morelli Chertkow and was called to the Bar in May 2015. Originally from Victoria, Greg received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Victoria. He moved to Kamloops to join the inaugural class at TRU Faculty of Law, graduating in 2014. While there, Greg led in establishing the TRU’s Annual SLS Golf Tournament Fundraiser, and was awarded “Best Presenter” for his paper and presentation at the 6th Annual Canadian Law Students Conference in Windsor, Ontario.
Jacob currently practices in general litigation. He began working for Morelli Chertkow after his second year of law school and returned to complete his articles with our firm. He was called to the Bar in May 2017. Originally from Kelowna, Jacob completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology at Simon Fraser University and his law degree at Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. During his studies, he had the opportunity to participate in a Canadian Lawyers Abroad internship working for a not-for-profit aboriginal environmental organization in the Yukon Territory. He also spent a semester working in the clinical program at Dalhousie Legal Aid providing legal representation for low income individuals.
