Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. After a forced garage door opening, I was left with a damaged garage door opener and the chain arm to the door, torn away from the wall. The owner of Garage Door attended my desperate situation the next mornng and repaired the opener and reattached the arm to the wall in a very short time and charging me an extremely fair price. Jody and Kyle are very personable business owners with a can do attitude. Last week, I dropped into their business while trying to buy/install a counter top for my mom's house on a rush basis as she is selling her home.
