Become A Smart, Educated Buyer Buyers Avoid Making Expensive Home Buying Mistakes Buyers Join Our Exclusive HOMEWatch Program Ready To Buy Your First Home? Here's How To Do It Without Making Mistakes! People buy homes in all sorts of ways... on impulse after walking into an open house, after several months of diligent work researching homes for sale and how the home buying process works, or anywhere in between. But there is a home buying process that, if you follow it either on a short or longer timeline, will allow you to avoid making sometimes costly mistakes. The most important part of this process is learning the market and there's an easy way to do this with the assistance of a Realtor or a hard way on your own. Ask your agent to set you up on a custom home search program - we call our unique program HOMEWatch. If set up correctly, you'll start receiving listings of homes that meet your criteria for both price and location and you're seeing photos online that may or may not adequately portray their best features.

Superb service and food make this place somewhere to return again and again. Very attentive staff, excellent Italian dishes. I had the piping hot Minestrone vegetable soup and fresh fish of the day. The others had pasta or beef tenderloin. Everyone loved their meals. My only complaint was that my fish was to come with roasted potatoes and vegetables, but there was only one small half of a potato. Other than that, everything else was great, including dessert.Read more

Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!! Read more
