I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. 1 ) More small carts. in a store with a walkin clinic there should be paper towel at the meat freezer section or wipes, hand sanitizer, more paper towel and sanitizer at the carts and on the stair case rail, holding the rail when flu is rampant, plus anything else that is easy to catch

This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!
