Let me start by saying that Venus was great! She made the entire process super easy and attended to all my concerns until I was satisfied. If anyone is looking to hear better she's the person to go to! She genuinely cares, and it is noticeable that her concern is to make her patients feel comfortable and satisfied. I just received my hearing aids a week ago and one of them stopped working. I call Alon and he said could I come in and see him in an hour. We went right away and he checked out the hearing aid and found I had a dead speaker. He replaced the speaker for me right there and we were on our way. Before I even purchased them I called him a few time for information and he always took time to explain everything. From start to finish I have been very impressed with his service and also his prices.

Nicole and staff are absolutely amazing to deal with. They are kind, caring and sensitive to hearing loss issues. Nicole is very well educated in the field. She was bang on and helped me find just the right hearing aids. Definately recommend Hearing Life Keswick.
