No problems with using ACE in an emergency situation. The main water supply sprung a leak and as a result the whole house water had to be shut off. They sent someone within an hour of my evening call and he (Tyson) was very friendly and efficient, The next morning he showed up with the necessary part first thing in the morning and we had water back before 8am. For years we went South for the winter with our 5th wheel. Always took out full insurance for truck & RV. Found out we needed an Endorsement licence because of its weight. Neither Capri Ins. nor the RV dealership told us. Had we been at fault in an accident, without an Endorsement drivers licence our insurance would likely have been null & void! BE AWARE of the fine print!
