I've never really been a huge fan of red meat until this place! One of the best steaks I've ever enjoyed, and the service was just as great. I personally believe customer service is essential for attracting new customers and every time I go to this restaurant I enjoy everything from the atmosphere to the quality of food and service.

I absolutely love this place! Although the atmosphere of this restaurant is rather dark, gloomy, and sketchy, they have one of the best steaks and lobster in town.
Usually we order bbq ribs and potato fries for appetizers.
These appetizers are usually mediocre.
As for the entree we always order the rib eye steak as well as 2lb-4lb lobster.
The rib eye steak at House of chan is one of the best steaks I have ever had. The steak at House of Chan melts in your mouth as you eat it. This type of steak should only be eaten if you enjoy the natural taste of steak, and are expecting no additional added flavours.
The lobster is usually just as good as the steak. They offer you a rich butter as a dip. I really enjoy this dish as well.

this swiss chalet is fantastic! My friend and I ordered the classic quarter chicken dinner with the mash taters and garlic toast. IT WAS SUPERB. Never in our years of living, have we seen an order come so fast. It came within about 15 mins... RECORD TIMING. once we opened the box we were delighted to find the best looking quarter chicken ever seen to our eyes. The only condiment given was butter- ketchup could've been added, and my friends garlic toast was a small- could've been a bigger portion

I came to the store for the first time when they only just started their business, the service was a tad slow and the chicken was a little greasy but i still enjoyed it alot! So i waited about 2 weeks and came again, and the whole taste changed of everything ! Their chicken was perfected and i loved every bite! I also love their fries, fresh and tasty! Their chicken tenders and the zinger burger are definitely my favorite on the menu! very very delicious, Also amazing customer service! Great job
