It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!
