I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. Incredible! I have gone to Amir for 20 years and he has always provided great service and quality repairs at a reasonable price. Two or three times he told me a problem was not as bad as I thought and fixed it without a major repair and once directed me to the dealer/manufacturer as I was unaware it was under warranty.
