The store may be called the Wine Shoppe, but the funny thing is, they have the best selection of tea in Kamloops and really should be called the Tea and Wine Shoppe. Just like the tea shop in Courtenay BC, they have a brewed pot of tea to try, and you can smell any kind. I am very impressed with this store and I recommend it to all tea lovers or even just people interested in trying a new flavor or getting some amazing green tea. They also order in for you from the Courtenay tea shop. What great customer service.

I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

Cole inspected a house today with lead paint & asbestos. He checked the walls, flooring, attic & small addition. All my fears, stress and worries left after he gave us his expert opinion. He is a great guy and I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. I/we are forever grateful to him for meeting with us.
