He rose to a senior position within the department responsible for design and construction of company buildings in the province of Ontario. In 1992 he left Bell Canada to open his own practice in London, Ontario, where he remains to this day.His work has taken him internationally practicing in Canada, United States and the United Kingdom. Mr. Cooke maintains membership in both the Ontario Association of Architects (O.A.A.) and both the Royal Institute of British Architects (R.I.B.A) and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.
