After having an accident we were at a loss of what to do and where to go, Dartmouth Dodge and their staff understood our problem and were very helpful and professional. The service they provided was unbelievable as they took the time to explain everything that was needed and show us what damage was done as to make us understand what parts were needed and why. I wrote a previous review regarding the wait time for service. Watershed contacted me explaining the unusual circumstance causing the delay. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed quickly at no charge. I have been dealing with Watershed for 13 years now and have never experienced anything short of stellar service. I guess this was just a bump in the road. I still highly recommend The Watershed.
