DAKOTA LENSPRO came into being in 2009 as a result of the joining of two independent ophthalmic labs: Dakota Optical and Lenspro Ltd.Dakota Optical was founded in 1982 by Gil Harper. One of his early employees was Perry Shergold. Perry continues on as our manager of lab operations at DAKOTA LENSPRO.Lenspro Ltd. Was founded in 1992 by Dr. Dale Mulhall, a local optometrist.Both labs were full service labs, supplying premium ophthalmic lenses from local suppliers, such as Rodenstock and Nikon.Our staff has been in the industry for years and brings a unique history of experience and excellence.
