We had CVG install a Mirage Retractable Screen. Chris was very helpful explaining our various options and once decided had the unit installed in less than an hour. The manager/owner (I think he's also the owner) is outstanding in his business practices and how he treats his customers. He shocked me with something he did that was totally unsolicited on my part. I didn't ask him for any favours — he just did one, and it was a big one.
