Not sure why there are so many negative reviews! I had a satisfied purchase. I was looking to buy three stools for different purposes in my house. Belaty Ltd. was sent to inspect and repair and old fridge and an old washing machine at my mothers home. Under the Enercare appliance protection program. The repair man who attended was Danny. He managed to save two older appliances that did not need replacement quite yet. He was fast and effective. Careful in handling the appliances and made sure to keep the work area clean after he was finished. He answered all my dumb questions. Was on time for both visits. Totally satisfied and impressed.

Purchase experience was very pleasant, no pressure and very friendly. Requested delivery date a month in advance. They called me the week before to confirm and again the day before. They arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They unpacked and set up my couch set and removed all packaging. My bedroom set, they put it together.
