Saturn Machine Works Ltd. was established November, 1999 as a CNC production machining facility. We are a well established company in Edmonton, Alberta, and manufacture a variety of parts for the oil, industrial, mining and automotive industries. Saturn Machine’s equipment was selected to cover a broad range of parts and to provide consistent, high accuracy parts at an economical cost. Our CNC equipment consists of 14 CNC machines. Our CNC shop is supported by a conventional machine shop, in-house engineering and design, a quality control department including a CMM, MicTrak and Gaugemaker, as well as secondary processes such as shot peening, glass beading, and phosphating.
