3 years ago I suffered a head injury that caused me to lose my sight. I was living alone and had to call a cab to take me to the hospital. My cab driver was very concerned and even got out to take me to the emergency room door. Then told me to ask for him when I needed a ride home again and did the same when he took me home. Rude? While visiting the Lethbridge area and Not knowing which cab company to call, I picked 5th ave and I am glad I did.
I have had to use them several times and ALL of the different drivers have been so polite and friendly! The cabs are clean.
My only negative ( and the only reason I rated them 4/5 stars) is the after hours dispatchers from Calgary.
1 wasn’t too bad ( not great either) but the other was downright rude!!!
The local dispatchers who worked the daytime hours were great!!!
