Excellent friendly service, great job on the nails! Too bad some older lady came in at 3 pm and started yelling at the staff and at an elderly lady waiting in a chair. She was ranting about one of her long nails chipping after 5 days. Complete bully. She is demanding to see the manger. I am also going to speak to the manger and insist she not be allowed to be a customer here anymore. It was disgusting behavior.

I highly recommend Sharlene. She is a fabulous electrologist with many years of experience. She is incredibly kind with a calm disposition. After having a bad experience with another electrologist I was hesitant to continue with electrolysis, but Sharlene took a no-pressure approach and was very willing to answer any questions I had and alleviate a lot of my anxiety. I've seen her regularly for 6 months and have already noticed a significant improvement. I am very happy with the results so far!

I love coming to Magnolia Regeneration Spa. I was recommended by my mum a few years ago and now I will be a customer for life. The facials are always customized to what my skin needs, and the products used are top quality that are made with mostly natural ingredients.
