I have over thirty years of experience in conducting individual and group psychotherapy. Clinical settings were: hospital psychiatric department, hospital day programs and community employee assistance programs. I have designed and facilitated various workshops for community and vocational colleges as well as for organizational development consulting. I offer Relationship Counselling, Marriage Counselling, Family Counselling, Organizational Development, and Coaching.

The Aberdeen Wellness Clinic specializes in treating neuro-musculo-skeletal injuries such as lower back pain, headaches, neck pain, fibromyalgia, WCB injuries, ICBC injuries and sports injuries. We treat these injuries through a combination of chiropractic adjustments, registered massage therapy, postural changes and home exercises. We also help patients with weight loss by setting them up on a weight loss program called Ideal Protein. Ideal Protein is perfect for weight loss because it works and it teaches our patients how to eat healthy for the rest of their lives so they don't gain the weight back. At the Aberdeen Wellness Clinic we have two Chiropractors: Dr Cameron Grant and Dr Wes Elliott. We have two Registered Massage Therapists: Oryana Grant and Kayla Walters.
