Sheila is a Social Work Psychotherapist with 24 years of counselling experience. She has worked extensively with adult men and women healing the wounds of childhood sexual abuse and is therefore extremely familiar with helping people navigate deep emotions such as sadness, depression, fear, anxiety, anger, grief, loss, and the not so simple stresses of everyday life that can feel so overwhelming. We transferred our specialized techniques of sport specific rehabilitation to work specific rehabilitation. Each worker does a specific job and should be trained and rehabilitated to function for that specific job at the highest level.
