My Travel Scoot scooter is now almost 7 years old, and has been in 11 countries, 6 airlines, 2 cruise ships. I was very pleased with the helpful and courteous staff at Adams Uptown Storage. Also the site is very clean, dry and secure. I had no qualms about leaving my belongings in their care. Although the restricted hours of access may be off putting to some people, but that added to my sense of security.

We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you
